How do I select the right size?

On each Product Page you will find a size chart in the product details part. 

Am i required to create an account if I wish to place an order?

No, you do not. However we recommend you do so in order to be able to track your order more easily. 


 I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can simply go to Sign In, then choose forgot my password. You will receive an email on the email that you created an account with; with instructions to reset your password.


 If an item is out of stock, can I still make a request to order the product?

Yes, you may do so. If the item you want is out of stock just simply shoot us an email at info@nastrends.com with the details of that item; and our customer service team will be happy to assist you further.

Where are your products made?
All our products are designed and finished in Egypt.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide to most countries. To make sure we ship to your country just complete the order process and choose your country. If you can't find your country in the list we ask you to shoot us an email at info@nastrends.com for us to help you further. 

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay. We also have a Cash on Delivery service available for Egypt and GCC countries.
